We had a lovely, comfortable week stay in this gorgeous historic home with all the modern comforts. Built in 1920 but carefully restored and fully updated, this is a spacious one bedroom. Adorable private patio garden faces west for watching sunsets and thunderstorms. This little guest house is very clean, fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, paper products, toiletries, towels and linens. Furnishings are comfortable.The location is residential, but it is one block off of busy St Francis (hwy 285), there is a significant amount of traffic noise. Sensitive sleepers may want earplugs. We walked to the plaza, about 15 minutes, and also rode the shuttle bus loop which stops at many tourist sites but not very nearby. This is a great rental for a couple!
